Michael Gold, MS, PMP, ITILv3
Michael Gold is a seasoned Program Manager with over 30 years of experience driving large-scale technology and infrastructure programs for government and defense organizations. Currently at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), he leads mission-critical initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and security across aviation systems.
Before joining the FAA, Michael managed a $50M multi-year GSA contract at CSRA Inc., delivering comprehensive IT services including Oracle production, VPN, VOIP, email exchange, network operations, and disaster recovery. His leadership ensured seamless Tier I–III support and robust IT security for federal clients.
Earlier in his career, Michael spent nearly 17 years at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he directed a $70M O&M IT program for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and spearheaded network infrastructure projects supporting Department of Defense initiatives. His outstanding contributions earned him the CSC President’s Award for Excellence in Business Initiative.
A former U.S. Army Airborne Jumpmaster, Michael served as a Platoon Leader and Company Commander for a decade, instilling discipline and strategic leadership that continue to define his professional approach.
Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from South Carolina State University. He is certified in Project Management (PMP) and ITILv3, with expertise in program management, IT security, and product integration.
Derek Gold is a seasoned Business Development Professional with over two decades of experience driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions across multiple industries, including Electrical Distribution, Medical Devices, Real Estate, and Insurance. Known for his ability to adapt to evolving markets and lead with vision, Derek combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to achieve exceptional results.
Derek holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T University, earned through a prestigious National Science Foundation Fellowship, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University. This strong technical foundation launched him into a decade-long career at General Electric, a Fortune 5 company, where he was developed through GE’s Technical Leadership Program during the era of legendary CEOs Jack Welch and Jeff Immelt. At GE Industrial Systems, Derek managed multimillion-dollar accounts and consistently exceeded performance targets.
In 2007, Derek lead e-commerce adoption initiatives that streamlined operations. Under his leadership, the company navigated both the 2008 housing crisis and the 2020 pandemic with sustained and improved ROI throughout.
Committed to giving back, Derek serves as a guide and mentor with The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to helping first-time homebuyers achieve affordable homeownership. In this role, he leverages his negotiation skills and market knowledge to guide hopeful home buyers through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Melinda Gold is the President of The Global Endorsement Group, bringing over 25 years of executive engagement, strategic leadership, and operational excellence honed at two of the world’s most influential technology and communications companies. Known as a divergent thinker who brings clarity, creativity, and momentum to high-stakes initiatives, Melinda combines charismatic leadership with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic alignment and executive-level relationship building.
Melinda’s career is distinguished by her expertise in orchestrating complex, high-visibility engagements and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for Big Tech Five companies. Her ability to craft aligned narratives and elevate executive experiences positioned her as a trusted leader in one of the tech industry’s most demanding environments.
Before working in Big Tech, Melinda spent over two decades in the Telecommunications industry, where she held multiple leadership and operational roles supporting business performance, customer operations, communications, and service delivery. With extensive experience as a Registered Nurse across multiple healthcare settings, Michelle has developed exceptional people skills, emotional intelligence, and a deep commitment to advocating for individuals during life’s most critical moments, qualities that now define her approach to human resources leadership.
Throughout her nursing career, Michelle has demonstrated remarkable versatility and leadership, serving as a School Nurse, Healthcare Supervisor for Girl Scouts, and Registered Nurse in pediatric home care and psychiatric settings. Her work has consistently centered on using critical judgment, active listening, and personal advocacy to merge preventative health measures with sound practices that produce healthier outcomes long-term; her enduring mission.
